We are looking for a Head of Sales with experience in identifying, prioritizing, pursuing and closing partnership opportunities. This position is responsible for analyzing business opportunities, initiating proposals and building relationships with existing and potential partners that can help Holded acquire more customers.
Also, you would be responsible for motivating and providing continuous training and development for the Inbound Sales and Business Development Teams to achieve the best results, while overseeing the team’s activities and monitoring performance as a whole.
If you have worked in the software industry and have experience targeting Business audiences, and you have also managed teams, then we would like to meet you.
- +7 years of proven experience in sales
- Experience in Software Industry / Web APPs.
- You have managed a team.
- B2B sales experience.
- Spanish or English native.
- Strong communication in Spanish & English.
- Previous experience selling ERP solutions.
